As Scott P. Smith grew up moving back and forth between Texas, Tennessee, and Ohio, he discovered one thing that always remained the same in every school he attended and town he lived, books!  His love for Dr. Suess, Shel Silverstein, and Maurice Sendak helped him to develop a love for language and a really big imagination. Which he still carries with him today.

John Crescitelli

The Belltower Series is a collection of Bible stories told through the journal of church mouse Incy. This character developed by retired Deacon John Crescitelli not only captured the spirit of the teachingsbut also the imaginations of children including his
son, Mike.  Mike endeavored to couple these stories with his own talent as an author, and The Belltower Series came to life.

Helene is a grandmother, mother, wife, and animal lover.  She is a strong supporter of the “Adopt don’t Shop,” movement.  When she isn’t spending time with family in her Virginia home, she and her husband like to relax at their home away from home in Naples, Florida enjoying the art and literature of the region.

The La Gaipa Twins

Ann-Marie and Teresa LaGaipa, identical twin sisters, were born and raised along the Jersey Shore in New Jersey. After teaching in New Jersey for over a decade, they moved to sunny Florida to continue their careers in education. Ann-Marie has been teaching elementary school for 17 years and Teresa has been teaching for 14 years, each year educating young children in the same district and sometimes in the very same school!
